Data we collect
We collect only the email address you voluntarily submit via our lead-magnet form (Deepfake Red-Flag Checklist). We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics services.
Third-party processor: Web3Forms
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party service. Web3Forms is based in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to the transfer of your email address to the USA under your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)). Web3Forms processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Purpose of processing
We process your email address solely to send you the requested checklist. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Your rights

Data retention
Email addresses are held only as long as necessary to deliver the checklist, then deleted.
